Bong Sau

An arm structure where the elbow is out. The fingers should be touching centreline and the angle of the elbow is around 100-130 degrees.

The Centreline

The Centreline is an imaginary line that runs down the middle of the body.  Along the centreline are all the major vital parts of the human body.  Examples includes nose, throat solar plexus

Guard

The standard guard for Wing Chun Kung Fu.  One hand behind the other, fingers together and pointing to the centreline.  The guard is made to keep the centreline protected.

Punch

The standard Wing Chun Punch is done with a vertical fist and making contact with the bottom three knuckles.  Punching this way provides the best forearm to fist alignment.  Make sure the thumb is on the outside of the fist and so as to not grip your own thumb.
